Aluminum Underground Power Cable APPLICATION
These cables are used for electricity supply in low voltage installation system, They are suitable for installation in indoors and outdoors, in cable ducts, under ground, in power and switching stations, local energy distributions, industrial plants, where there is no risk of mechanical damage.
Aluminum Underground Power Cable CONSTRUCTION:
– Single or multiple Aluminum / copper
– Solid strand to VDE-0295 Class-1 – For #4 AWG and up, VDE-0295 Class-2 strand
– PVC core insulation – Color code to VDE-0293-308 with ground – Above 5 cores, color is black w/ white numbers
– PVC (DMV5) outer jacket – Black (RAL 9005)
Aluminum Underground Power Cable TECHNICALS:
– Working voltage: 600/1000 volts
– Test voltage: 4000 volts
– Flexing bending radius: 15 x Ø
– Static bending radius: 12 x Ø
– Flexing temp: -5º C to +50º C
– Static temp: -40º C to +70º C
– Flame retardant: IEC 60332.1
– Insulation resistance: > 100 MΩ x km
