Conductor: Annealed Copper, solid or stranded sizes 14AWG up to 1000MCM
Insulation: Premium Grade Flame Retardant Polyvinyl Chloride( PVC)
Jacket: Tough Polyamide (Nylon)
3 Applications
General purpose building wire for services, feeders and branch circuits.
Copper THHN/THWN-2 conductors are primarily used in conduit and cable trays, when approved, for services, feeders and branch circuits in commercial or industrial applications as specified in the National Electric Code.
THHN applications are suitable for use in dry locations only at temperatures not to exceed 90°C.
THWN-2 applications are suitable for use in either wet or dry applications, with temperatures that do not exceed 90°C.
Temperature rating not to exceed:
THHN/THWN: 90°C dry and dump, 600V
THHN/THWN: 75 °C wet or in oil, 600V
THWN-2: 90°C Dry, wet or in oil,600V
