Rated voltage 0.45/0.75kV, using the AC system should not be more than 0.9kV. |
| Operating Temperature | The long-term maxmium operating temperature of cable conductor is 65 ºC. When in short circuit, the maximum temperature is no more than 160 ºC, time of duration is no more than 5 S. |
| Environment Temperature | Minimum operating environment temperature is -10 ºC. |
| Laying Temperature | Cable laying temperature should be not lower than 0 ºC |
| Bending Radius | Recommended minimum bending radius: no more than 10D. |
| Storage | Finished cable should be stored at -10~35 ºC, humidity is below 80% of the environment, and avoid direct sunlight and the rain, keep ventilation and dry environment. Keep away from acids, alkalis, mineral oils etc.. According to the above requirements for storage and use, the cable can be used for more than 2 years long. |
| Installation Instruction | When installed, the environment temperature should not be lower than -10 ºC. if the environment temperature is lower 0 ºC, the cable should be preheated before installation. To avoid the machnical damage of the internal cable, the bending radius of multi-cores cable is not more than10D. ("D "means the out diameter of cable) |

Purpose:
To establish and maintain a procedure for performing and verifying that our service meets specified requirements and that a suitable method of feedback exists from the customer back to the appropriate individual or department within YIFANG.
Scope:
YIFANG does not currently have any contracts that obligate the company to provide installation or service above and beyond normal product service and delivery. Service activity not specified by contract (such as the treatment of a customer complaint) shall be determined and performed free of charge on a case by case basis. Service concerns will be recorded and will provide a feed-back system as required by the customer.
