TROMMEL-FLEX PUR-HF 600/1000V LV 0.6/1kV Halogen Free PUR sheath drum reeling cable

Application:

Trommelflex PUR-HF is specially designed for use on both spring operated and motor driven cable reeling drums. The use of hard wearing polyurathene for both inner and outer sheath allows for a significantly smaller outside diameter than traditional drum reeling cables which in turn enables selection of smaller, more cost effective cable reeling drums in many applications. This cable is also suitable for many other applications where high mechanical stresses are involved.

Construction:

Conductor : Fine stranded plain copper according to VDE 0295 Class 5

Insulation: Polyester based halogen free compound

Core colour : Up to 5 cores according to VDE 0293 -7 cores and above white with black numbers with green/yellow earth

Core Arrangement : Cores twisted around Central textile filler with short lengths of lay

Inner Sheath : Special polyurethane – Halogen free

Support braid : Textile braid Between inner and outer sheaths

Outer sheath : Special polyurethane, flame resistant & halogen free

Sheath colour : Black/Yellow or Others
