ASTM B524: Standard Specification for Concentric-lay-stranded Aluminum Conductors, Aluminum Alloy Reinforced (ACAR, 1350/6201)
Application
This ACAR Conductor is used in high voltage overhead power transmission lines. It has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, easy maintenance, etc. Adopting aluminum alloy and aluminum, it provides one more choice for overhead power lines.
