The scope of application
System:This cable is suitable for the power line with AC 50Hz and rated voltage is 300/500V.
Application:It is used in power lines, control lines and signal transmission lines for electrical appliances, meters, electronic equipment and automation devices, and it can also be used in anti-theft alarm systems, building intercom systems, etc.
Features
This cable has the characteristics of good flexibility, high bending performance, good insulation performance, simple manufacturing process, stable structure and certain wear resistance.
Required Standard
Carried Standard:JB/T 8734-2012, the PVC insulated flexible wires and flexible cables with rated voltage of 450/750V and below.

Operating characteristics
Rated Voltage: The rated voltage is 0.3/0.5kV.
Operating Temperature: The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70ºC.
Environment Temperature: The Environment temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0ºC.
Laying Temperature: The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0ºC.
Bending Radius: The allowable bending radius of a cable with an outer diameter (D) smaller than 25mm should be not less than 4D, and the allowable bending radius of a cable with an outer diameter (D) greater than 25mm should be not less than 6D.
Product Marking
Core of Cable: Color identification: Two-core cable: blue, brown; Three-core cable: gray, brown, black; Four-core cable: blue, brown, gray, black; Five-core cable: blue, brown, black, gray, black; For cables larger than 5 cores, digital identification is adopted.
Outer Sheath: 1.The cable should have continuous identification of the manufacturer’s name, product model and rated voltage, and the manufacturer’s name identification can be repeated identification of the manufacturer or trademark;
- The distance between the end of one complete sign and the beginning of the next sign shall not exceed 275mm; The printed logo should be erasable and not easy to fall off, and the printed content on the surface should be clearly recognizable.
