Applications

SDI Power / Welding Cables are for use in switchboard wiring, load banks, welding, battery leads, battery chargers, jumper leads, etc.

Construction:                                              

Conductor: plain annealed copper (class 5 strands) of the type specified in AS/NZS1125.(Available in tinned copper on request)

Inner Insulation: cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE).or flame retardant polyvinylchloride PVC V90.

Outer insulation: polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE)

Outer Insulation color: Standard – Orange    Optional – Black (Ultraviolet radiation stabilized)

Rated:

Voltage Range: 0.6 / 1 kV

Conductor operating temperature: XLPE insulated – 40oC ~ 90oC, short circuit: 250oC for 5 sec

V90 insulated – 25oC ~ 75oC, Max 90oC, short circuit: 140oC for 5 sec

Minimum bending radius: 7.5xcable O.D

Maximum pulling tension: 20N/mm2 x total cross-sectional area of phase conductor

Standards:

International: IEC 60228, IEC 60332-1

Australian/New Zealand: AS/NZS 5000.1, AS 1995, AS/NZS 3808, AS/NZS 1125, AS/NZS 1660

  According to your order’s quantity , for 1million meters power cable, it is only 25 working days is ok.
