APPLICATION

THHN stands for “thermoplastic, heat-resistant nylon coating”. THHN is the name of a particular insulation material, temperature rating, and service condition (suitable for dry and wet locations) for electric wires and cables.They cables are commonly used in AC power distribution systems and are typically rated 110V to 600V. 

General purpose wiring in accordance with the National Electrical Code, maximum conductor temperature of 90°C in dry locations , 600 volts.THHN cable may also be used for wiring of machine tools, control circuits or on certain appliances.
