Aldrey Or Almelec All Aluminium Alloy Conductor Overhead Cable
AAC conductor are suitable for use in spans on wood poles, transmission towers, and other structures where tensile strength and temperature ratings are not required. Application range from extra high voltage(EHV) transmission lines to sub-service spans at distribution or utilization voltages on private premises.
1. Introduction:
The aluminum/aluminum alloy stranded wire is a bare wire, and the material of the aluminum/aluminum alloy stranded wire is aluminum/aluminum alloy, which is formed by drawing and twisting.
Aluminum/aluminum alloy stranded wire is often used in high altitude as a high-voltage wire, used in places where no tension is required. Because it has no insulation, it can also prevent people from being injured by touching it in the sky.
2 Advantage and application:
Aluminum/aluminum alloy stranded wire has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, low line cost, large transmission capacity, and is favorable for laying across special geographical conditions such as rivers and valleys. Therefore, this product is widely used in overhead transmission and distribution lines of various voltage levels.
